Team management lets the account owner control who has access to the Bancoli organization.

Only the account owner can access Team management. This means only owners can invite internal team members, remove team members, change user roles, or manage pending team invitations.

If a non-owner tries to open the Team management or Account Permissions page, the page will not be available.

What Managers can do

Managers can help operate the account, but they cannot manage the internal team.

Depending on the organization’s verification status and enabled features, Managers may be able to:

Managers cannot perform owner-only team or organization setup actions.

Manager verification requirements

Managers may need to complete identity, PEP, and security questions before they can use the account normally.

If a user’s role is upgraded to Manager, Bancoli may require or reset verification steps before the new permissions become available.

Team members vs. suppliers and contacts

Managers may invite suppliers or contacts for business workflows, but this is different from inviting internal team members.

Only the owner can invite or manage internal team members.
