Why might Bancoli be unavailable in my location?

Last updated on 24 Jul, 2026

Bancoli availability depends on your business location, beneficial owner locations, account type, payment destination, and the specific feature you want to use. Some services may be restricted because of sanctions, licensing requirements, banking partner rules, network provider requirements, or local regulations.

Examples of restrictions include:

  • Some countries and regions are not supported for Bancoli client onboarding or payment activity. See Supported Countries and Territories for the current onboarding prohibition list.

  • For US-registered clients, entity registration is currently limited to a defined set of states (the US whitelist). Other US states and several US territories are not available for standard client accounts.

  • Some wallet features may be blocked by network provider requirements or by the IP location used to access the service.

  • Some payment rails may be unavailable if the business, beneficial owner, or destination country is restricted.

If Bancoli cannot support your location or a requested feature, our team may not always be able to provide detailed regulatory reasoning. We will share what we can and help identify any available alternatives.
