I can't see the Web 3 Wallet
Make sure your email address is verified. The Web 3 Wallet only appears after email verification, under Accounts → Web 3 Wallet.
My transaction is taking longer than expected
On-chain timing varies by network.
Base: ~15 minutes
Optimism: ~15 minutes
Ethereum: ~15 minutes
Arbitrum: ~15 minutes
Polygon: ~25 minutes
Check the transaction hash using the block explorer link in your wallet history. If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but not reflected in Bancoli, contact Support.
I'm getting an "invalid address" error
The recipient address must be a valid EVM wallet address. It usually starts with 0x and has 42 characters.
I hit a sending limit
Bancoli sponsors gas fees with the following limits:
Arbitrum, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon (via Alchemy):
Up to 5 gas-sponsored operations per address
Policy resets every 10 minutes
Base (via Coinbase Developer Platform):
Up to 10 gas-sponsored operations per user
Per-user limit: $100 USD max sponsored per day
Policy resets daily
If you hit either limit, wait for the policy to reset before sending again.
I sent USDC to the wrong address or network
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed after submission. Bancoli may not be able to recover funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, or unsupported token route.
I sent a token that is not USDC
The Web 3 Wallet supports USDC only. Do not send USDT, USDi, RLUSD, or any other token to your Web 3 Wallet unless Bancoli specifically shows that token and route as available in your account.
My Coinbase 2FA isn't working
Try re-authenticating through the Coinbase 2FA flow in the app. If your authenticator device was lost or compromised, contact Bancoli support for assistance.
