This guide explains how to set up your USD account in Bancoli. Follow these steps to request your Smart USD account details and start making USD transactions.
Prerequisites
You must have an approved and active Bancoli business account.
Ensure you can access the Bancoli web dashboard.
Steps to Set Up Your USD Account

Log in to Bancoli
Go to https://bancoli.com/ and sign in to your account.

Navigate to Smart USD Account
From your dashboard, select your Smart USD account from the list of available accounts.

Open the Account Details Tab
Click the Account Details tab to view options for your USD account.

Request Your USD Account Details
Click Request Account Details. If additional information or documents are required, you will receive a prompt or email from the approvals team.

Wait for Confirmation
You will receive a notification by email and in your Bancoli dashboard once your USD account details are ready.
If your request is under review, you will see a pending message in your dashboard. No further action is needed unless the approvals team contacts you.
Verification
You will know your USD account is set up when you receive your full account details in your dashboard and by email. The Account Details tab will display your USD account information.
Most requests are reviewed within a few business days. If further documents are needed, Bancoli will contact you.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Smart USD account option.
Make sure your Bancoli business account is approved and active. If not, complete the approval process first.
My request is pending for more than 5 business days.
Contact Bancoli Support with your account details to check the status of your request.
I was asked for additional documents. What do I do?
Follow the instructions in the email from the approvals team and upload the requested documents via your dashboard or reply to the email.
