How long does an account review or address update take?
Account reviews and address updates are handled by our approvals team. While we aim to review your information as soon as possible, processing times may vary. Most requests are reviewed within a few business days. If additional information is required, we will contact you.
How will I know when my review or update is complete?
You will receive a notification via email and your Bancoli dashboard once the review is complete and updates are made.
Why does my dashboard show a pending message?
A pending message means your request is still under review. If no further information is required from you, you do not need to take any action. The message will be removed once your review is complete.
Do I need to submit anything else?
If additional information or documents are needed, the approvals team will contact you directly. Otherwise, no action is required from you at this time.
